Meet Nityashri Bhatt Shah, an Industrial & Organizational Psychology Consultant that has long dealt with institutions about organizational change, performance management, talent development, and employee training, motivation and well-being. Nityashri is the founder of Aevitas, which provides corporate maternity/paternity coaching and consulting, and aims help to companies retain talented women post-maternity and strive to create a holistic organizational culture that supports a working woman’s journey into parenthood.
Her own journey into pregnancy gave her the realization that maternity at work had a tremendous oversight and was in dire need of a cultural shift. To ensure that support and understanding for new mothers is firmly established in an organization’s culture, Nityashri was led to design her own specialized thought project to provide companies and new parents the opportunity to be part of a transformational journey.
