Meet Hamis Guirgis, the Development Coordinator of The Hoboken Shelter, whose mission is to be a community partnership that transforms lives by providing up to 500 meals for the hungry, shelter for the homeless, and services to support people to become housed. The Hoboken Shelter does amazing work providing beds for 50 people nightly, and offering support services such as food, case management, counseling, job and life skills training, creative arts workshops, emergency homelessness prevention grants, and permanent supportive housing solutions.
